userbugs.ai — Beta Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-03-15 · Contact: legal@userbugs.ai

1. What This Is

userbugs.ai is a closed beta service operated by Cicure ApS (under formation), Copenhagen, Denmark. By accessing the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

This is a beta product. Things will break, change, and sometimes disappear. We appreciate your patience and feedback.

2. Beta Access

Access is by invitation only. We can revoke your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. This isn’t personal — betas are messy and we need to control who’s in the room.

You may not share your invite or credentials with others.

3. What the Data Is (and Isn't)

The bug reports and product data on userbugs.ai are aggregated from publicly available sources — Reddit, GitHub Issues, App Store reviews, Trustpilot, HackerNews, and Stack Overflow. An AI pipeline processes and structures this data, but does not verify it.

The data is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. A bug report may be outdated, misclassified, or simply wrong. Do not rely on this data as the sole basis for purchasing, deployment, or business decisions.

We display what we find and synthesise. We are not responsible for errors in the source material or in the AI processing.

4. What You Can Do With the Data

You may use the data for personal research, evaluation, and internal decision-making.

You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the platform
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any data to third parties
  • Use the data to build a competing product or service
  • Use automated tools to access the platform without our written permission

If you’re interested in a data licensing arrangement, contact us at legal@userbugs.ai.

5. No Liability for Decisions

Cicure is not liable for any decisions you make based on data from userbugs.ai. This includes purchasing decisions, product evaluations, investment decisions, or anything else. The data is a research aid, not professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to €0 during the beta period (you’re not paying us anything).

6. The Service Is Provided "As-Is"

During beta, we make no warranties — express or implied — about the service. No uptime guarantees. No promises about data completeness. No SLA. We will try our best, but this is a beta.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at legal@userbugs.ai.

We may delete beta accounts and associated data when the beta period ends. We’ll give reasonable notice if we do.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We’ll notify beta users by email if the changes are material. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
